In celebration of our amazing volunteers for Volunteer Appreciation week we take our Mercy Gilbert and Chandler Regional volunteers out to a day at the movies. Each year we host our event at Harkins Theater and this year on Thursday, April 24th we are going to watch a heartwarming inspirational movie, The Unbreakable Boy. We also provide each volunteer with a gift card for delicious snacks and then raffle off gift cards to local restaurants. In addition, we invite our executive leadership to attend to recognize our volunteers for the impact that they make in our health care organizations. Lastly, our nursing leadership team gifts our volunteers with delicious bundtinis from Nothing Bundt Cakes. It’s a fun-filled fabulous day that we look forward to every year.
